Available in a range of sheet sizes and thicknesses from 6-165mm, Ravatherm XPS H LB (previously Styrofoam LBHX) boards have a calibrated dust free surface that provides an excellent key for lamination. Ideal for production of composite panels due to Ravatherm’s unique high strength in compression, tension, bending and shear. The high strength to weight ratio is particularly important in applications such as commercial vehicles. Due to its homogenous cell structure and uniform density Ravatherm can be cut very accurately and to very close tolerances. The closed cell structure ensures that Ravatherm retains its performance even when in permanent contact with moisture.
